Abstract:
Genom ic DNA w as first iso lated from dr ied leaves of Luobum a by the mod ified m e thod of the Q iagen DNeasy plant m in i k it. Resu lts showed tha t by th is me thod genom ic DNA cou ld be iso lated from Luobum a leaves o f three species be ing co llected at d ifferent seasons and be ing preserved by d ifferent m ethods. The OD260 /OD280 ratio s of the iso lated DNA w ere in the range o f 1.7~ 1.9, and only one band presented in agarose ge ls; c lear PCR bands o f ITS rDNA and trnL intron, trnL- F non- cod ing cpDNA cou ld be sequenced. A ll the above revea led tha t the iso lated DNA w as com plete and it cou ld fulfill further dem and fo rm olecu lar b io log ical expe rim en t
