Abstract:

Spatia l interpo lation techno logy is introduced in th is paper for class ification fo r u rban area. By using sphericalm ode l in Kr ig ing, the pr ice of comm erc ia l and residen tia l land is calcu lated. It form ed the iso linem ap o f land price w ith a 1 500 yuan inte rva l for comm ercial land use and a 300 yuan interval for residential land use. K rig ing spatia l inte rpo lation techno logy is used to ca lculate the pr ice o f land through known price of the land. A ccording to sta tistics of the result, the frequency h istogram s of the comme rc ia l and res identional land w ere plo tted, and through the frequency h istogram, the ranks o f land we re obta ined.
