Abstract:
Th iamphenico-l hydroxypropy-lβ-cyclodex trin inclusion comp lex was prepared by the stirring m ethod. At the sam e tim e, the inclusion comp lex was identified by X-ray d iffraction ( XRD ), differential scann ing ca lo rim etry ( DSC ) and in fra red absorption spectro scopy( IR) . The resu lts ind icate that the so lub ility o f th iamphen ico l are sign ificantly inc reased w hen the drug is inc luded by hydroxypropy-lβ-cyc lodex trin
