Abstract:
Using the gallic acid as a standard reference system,a new method was established to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of the scented tea based on the growth of gold nanoparticles.According to the spectral changes of gold nanoparticles which were grown with extract of scented tea,the antioxidant capacity of scented teas was detected.By this method,the antioxidant capacity of eight kinds of scented teas,such as trimeresurus,rose,lavender,et al.,was analyzed.Compared with the traditional DPPH method,the results have good consistency.
