Abstract:
Mu ltipots and flow erlike ZnO nanopartic les have been prepared by us ing Zn ( NO3 ) 2·H2O and KOH in po lygo l ( PEG ) so lution. These nanostructuresw ere charac terized byX- ray diffrac tion ( XRD), X- ray energy dispe rs ive spectroscopy ( EDS) , transm ission electron m icro scopy ( TEM ), h igh-reso lution scanning e lectron m icroscopy ( SEM ), and Laser Ram an sca ttered spectrom eter ( Ram an) . The results ind icated that the tw o different mo rpho logy has different optica l per fo rm ance.
