Abstract:
Tw o N-g lycosides 3( A、C) o f 6-( 4-m ethoxyphenyl) -3( 2H ) -pyr idazinone 2 and tw o O-g lycosides 6( A、B) o f 6-( 4-hydroxyphenyl) -4, 5-d ihydro-3 ( 2H ) -pyr idazinone 5 were synthesized under phase transfe r cata ly sis. Compound 3A was treated by amm onia to g ive compound 4A’ . The ir structu res w ere con firm ed by elem entary analysis, IR, and 1HNMR.
