Abstract:
In th is paper, we consider the genera lization o f the Oberw olfach problem OP2(3a,sb).W e sha ll app ly bo th recursive constructions using incomp le te resolvab le cy cle
desigsn and cyc le fram es and direct constructions using certa in add itive g roup to prov e tha t the necessa ry conditions for the ex istence o f OP2(3a,sb) w ith 1[ b[ 3 and s= 4, 5 are a lso sufficient.
