Abstract:
Th is paper presents a m ethod to com pensa te nonlinear ity o f senso r us ing. W ith sta tic calibration o f experi m enta l da ta, the nonlinearm ode l of the sensor is bu ilt on a S ing leInputSing leOutput Fuzzy Cereb llarM ode lA rticulation Contro lle r ( SISO FCMAC ), and the inv erse model is established by inv erse ope ra tion of SISO FCMAC. Th is m ethod is com pa red w ith the d irect use o f neura l netwo rk inverse model com pensation, w ith the advantages of sim ple study, h igh precision and o f online ca libration, and a lgo rithm can be im plem ented on theM CU. F ina lly, the exper im en tal resu lts show tha t the schem e is effec tive.
