Abstract:
To establish a me thod of gas chrom atog raphy( GC ) for the determ ination of residua l o rgan ic solven ts in sarpogre late hydro chlor ide, the residue o rganic so lv ents in sarpogrelate hydrochlo ride w ere separated by PEG- 20M cap illary co lum n w ith an FID detecto r. The carr ied gas was n itrogen, the co lum n temperatuerwas 70?? , the vapo rizer tem peratuer and the detector temperatue r w ere contro lled at 150?? and 250?? respective ly. The de tected so lvents were separa ted comp le tely. The calibration curve of each so lvent show ed a goodlinear relationsh ip ( r> 0??991) ) w ith good prec ision and accuracy( RSDs w ere less than 5% ). The LODs o f ace tone, ethano ,l tetrahydro furan, acetonitr ile and m ethylbenzene were 0?? 3 ??g /mL, 0??4 ?? g /mL, 0??2 ??g /mL, 0?? 4 ?? g /mL, 0??9 ?? g /mL. The established m e thod is simp le, effic iency, and can be used for the dete rm ina tion o f residua l so lvents in sarpogre la te hydrochloride.
