Abstract:
p-Cymene was prepared from α-pinene isomerization by catalyzed self-made solid superacid,especial SO 2 -4 /ZrO2. The optimum reaction condition was obtained through designed experiments: SO 2 -4 /ZrO2 as the catalyst; the calcination temperature ofSO 2 -4 /ZrO2was 650℃ and the amount of catalyst was wt. 1% of α-pinene; the reaction time was 4h and the reaction temperature was 130℃. Under the conditions,the yield of diolefin was up to 56. 6%,which was converted further into p-cymene readily by reported issue and the desired product was confirmed by GC-MS and 1HNMR. In addition,the catalyst can be recycled and reused 6 times without loss of catalytic activity.
