Abstract:
The interaction between hypocrellin A(HA)and vanadyl(VO2+)was analyzed by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra.The experiments results showed that HA and VO2+ can form a stable complex in aqueous solution.The complex exhibited obvious red shift,decreased absorbance and fluorescence intensity.Also,it possessed the ability of produce singlet oxygen and photodamage CT DNA.Then,the TEM was used to obtain the grain diameter of the new complex.The particle with mid-diameter of 60 nm was clearly observed.So the synthesis of the complex can further promote the application of HA in photodynamic treatment.
