Abstract:
Auto summarization is an important research field towards topic extraction in natural language processing.Traditional researches are proposed to generate summaries of long-text corpus,such as news,web documents and blogs,but seldom focus on topic summarization of a short-text corpus like microblogs.In this paper,we propose a topic-oriented partitioning method towards microblog retweeting graphs,and utilize LDA to generate topic summaries of hot events.Finally,we present the visualization graphs of topic summaries remarkably emphasizing the insight behind the evolving events.
