Abstract:
2,4-dichlorophenoxyaceticacidisakindofwidelyusedherbicide.Inthemanufactureofthe2,4-dichlorophenoxyaceticacid,thechlorinationprocesscanproducealargeamountofchlorophenolwastewater.Accordingtothecharacteristicofchlorophenolwastewater,theW-Scomplexextractantpreparedinthelaboratorywasselectedtopretreatthiswastewaterandtheextractionconditionswereoptimized,suchastheinitialpHofwastewater,thecompositionofextractant,oil/waterratioandsoon.TheseresultsshowthattheW-Sextractanthasanexcellentextractioneffectonphenolicpollutantsandthechemicaloxygendemandoftheoriginalwastewaterisdecreasedto71%.2,4,6-trichlorophenolwasselectedastargetpollutantanditsequilibriumpropertieswereinvestigatedbyextractionexperiments.Theextractionequilibriummodelof2,4,6-trichlorophenolwasestablishedandthecompositionoftheextractionsystemwasalsodetermined.
