Abstract:
Breast cancer is a high incidence and malignant tumor in women. The invasion and metastasis are the major reasons that leading to the death of patients. It is of great significance to study the factors and biomarkers associated with cancer metastasis. In this study, the migration of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231 treated with the angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)was enhanced. The AngⅡ significantly stimulated the expression of uPA(2.97 times)and uPAR in MDA-MB-231 cells by the Q-PCR measurement. Therefore, the AngⅡ could stimulate the expression of uPA and uPAR in breast cancer cells, which maybe one of the reasons promoting breast cancer cell migration by AngⅡ
