摘要:
以口腔保健精饲喂SD大鼠75d,观察口腔保健精对动物的体重、血细胞及脏器指数的影响,并进行了急性毒性试验.结果表明,高剂量组在15～60d内体重增加值与对照组相比显著增加,在15、30和0～70d内体重净增加值明显高于对照组,提示口腔保健精具有一定的促进生长发育作用.口腔保健精还能增加动物的胸腺指数,与对照组相比有显著性差异血细胞和脏器指数测定结果表明,各组测定指标均在正常范围内波动,一般观察和大体解剖均未发现异常.急性毒性试验中的LD50大于15000mg/kg,说明动物长期服用口腔保健精是安全无毒的.
