摘要:
依据海洲湾2006年7月~2007年11月的桡足类调查数据,分析了桡足类的群落特征及其平均丰度与叶绿素a含量之间的关系.结果表明:调查海域共出现桡足类29种,其中优势种为中华哲水蚤、小拟哲水蚤、针刺拟哲水蚤、太平洋纺锤水蚤、近缘大眼剑水蚤.物种多样性指标总体以夏季最高,冬季最低; 近岸海域的物种多样性高于远岸海域.桡足类平均丰度为555.57 ind./m3,其中夏季最高,为758.71 ind./m3,冬、春季分别为658.04 ind./m3、651.17 ind./m3,秋季最低,为154.36 ind./m3; 平面分布上,St.17最高,达1 592.82 ind./m3,St.21的桡足类平均丰度最低,仅为76.21 ind./m3,近岸海域的平均丰度高于远岸海域.桡足类平均丰度与叶绿素a含量之间没有相关性.
Abstract:
Standing crop data of copepods was collected four times along Haizhou Bay from July 2006 to November 2007.The community characteristics and the regression relationship with the content of Chlorophyll-a in copepods were studied.The results showed that:29 species of copepods were found in the investigated waters,of which Calanus sinicus,Paracalanus parvus,Paracalanus aculeatus,Acartia pacifica,Corycaeus affinis were the dominant species.In general,the diversity index in summer was the highest,and the lowest in winter; The average abundance of copepods was 555.57 ind./m3,with the highest abundance in summer(758.71 ind./m3)and the lowest in antumn(154.36 ind./m3).The abundance was 658.04 ind./m3 in winter and 651.17 ind./m3 in spring.Among the average abundance of copepods in the horizontal distribution,St.17 had the highest abundance(1 592.82 ind./m3)and St.21 had the lowest(76.21 ind./m3).The average abundance of offshore seas was higher than far from shore seas.There was no correlation between the average abundance of copepods and the Chlorophyll-a content.
