摘要:
历史街区是城市独有的精神内核,其承载了文化、居住和商业等功能,其中商业功能为主导,如何通过商业提升街巷活力成为研究焦点. 以扬州东关历史文化街区为例,基于多源数据与实地调研校核,建立街巷活力外在表征与业态测度指标体系,利用Pearson相关性分析方法,探究二者之间相关性. 研究发现:(1)街区内街巷活力与商业业态之间具有关联性,其强弱随着时间变化而变化.(2)从整体上看,街巷活力与业态总量、业态密度以及业态混合度之间呈现显著相关,相关程度由大到小依次是:业态总量、业态密度、业态混合度.(3)从各类业态上看,购物服务类与餐饮服务类业态对街巷活力影响最为显著. 结合相关性分析结果和街区特点提出相关建议,以期提升历史街区综合街巷活力.
Abstract:
Historical districts represent the unique spiritual core of cities,integrating cultural,residential,and commercial functions with commercial activities predominating. Enhancing street vitality through commercial operations has become a key research focus. Taking Dongguan historical and cultural district in Yangzhou as a case study,this paper establishes an index system for street vitality external representation and commercial format measurement based on multi-source data and field survey verification. Using Pearson correlation analysis,this paper investigates their interrelationships. Findings reveal:(1)A time-dependent correlation exists between street vitality and commercial formats in the district.(2)Overall,street vitality demonstrates significant correlations with commercial format quantity,density,and diversity,ranked as format quantity,format density,format diversity.(3)From the perspective of various formats,shopping services and catering services have the most significant impact on street vitality. Practical recommendations are proposed based on the results of correlation analysis and district characteristics to enhance comprehensive street vitality in historical district.
