摘要:
翘嘴鲌是骆马湖重要的渔业资源,为了解其生长规律及遗传资源状况,通过鉴定鳞片年龄掌握翘嘴鲌种群的年龄结构,并构建其生长方程,同时利用线粒体Cytb和D-loop基因研究其遗传多样性和遗传结构. 结果显示,翘嘴鲌种群由1~6龄个体构成,其中1龄个体占比最大. 体长和体质量之间关系式为W=0.006 5L3.1175(n=102,R2=0.992 4),表明翘嘴鲌为匀速生长模式. 体长生长方程为Lt=99.69[1-e-0.2121(t-0.1964)],体质量生长方程为Wt=11 058.84[1-e-0.2121(t-0.1964)]3.1175. 生长拐点年龄ti=5.56龄,对应的体长和体质量分别为67.7 cm和3 314.4 g. Cytb基因的单倍型多样性(Haplotype diversity,h)和核苷酸多样性(Nucleotide diversity,π)分别为 0.272±0.087和0.000 72±0.000 24,相应地,D-loop基因遗传多样性参数为h:0.497±0.090和π:0.001 89±0.000 56. 翘嘴鲌的遗传多样性较低,呈现出低h和低π模式. 研究结果表明,骆马湖翘嘴鲌种群组成以低龄、小型个体为主,且遗传多样性也较低,必须加强骆马湖渔业资源保护,采取措施恢复翘嘴鲌资源量和遗传多样性.
Abstract:
Culter alburnus is an important fishery resource in Luoma Lake,with significant ecological and economic values. In order to understand its growth pattern and gentic resource status,a total of 102 individuals of C.alburnus were collected from Luoma Lake and analyzed for their age structure and growth characteristics. Meanwhile,its genetic diversity was investigated using mitochondrial DNA Cytb and D-loop genes. The results showed that the age ranged from 1 to 6 years,and the 1-year individuals were dominant. The power function relationship between body weight and body length was described by equation:W=0.006 5L3.117 5(n=102,R2=0.992 4),which exhibited a uniform growth pattern. The growth equation of body length and body weight were Lt=99.69[1-e-0.212 1(t-0.196 4)]and Wt=11 058.84[1-e-0.212 1(t-0.196 4)]3.117 5,respectively. The growth inflection age was 5.56 year,and the body length and body weight corresponding to the inflection age were Lt=67.7 cm and Wt=3 314.4 g,respectively. 3 haplotypes were detected from 40 individuals of C.alburnus based on Cytb gene,and the haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity were 0.272±0.087 and 0.000 72±0.000 24,respectively. 6 haplotypes were detected from 40 individuals of C.alburnus based on D-loop gene,and the haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity were 0.497±0.090 and 0.001 89±0.000 56,respectively. According to the genetic diversity parameters,the population of C.alburnus showed low haplotype diversity and low nucleotide diversity pattern,which indicated the genetic diversity of C.alburnus was lower. In a word,the results demonstrated that the population composition of C.alburnus was dominated by young and small individuals,and its genetic diversity was very low. Therefore,we should strengthen the protection of C.alburnus population in Luoma Lake and take more measures to restore its wild resources and genetic diversity.
