福寿螺属(Pomacea)包含多个物种,其中小管福寿螺与斑点福寿螺形态近似,入侵能力较强. 为明确南京市福寿螺种类及遗传多样性,本研究基于线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基 I(COI)基因序列和核基因EF1α分型方法,对采自南京市9个区的河流及公园的114只福寿螺及34块卵块样本进行分析. 经线粒体COI基因序列比对,南京市入侵福寿螺包括小管福寿螺和斑点福寿螺,其中小管福寿螺为入侵南京的优势种,未发现隐秘福寿螺. 核基因EF1α分型分析表明,南京市福寿螺中已出现小管福寿螺和斑点福寿螺的杂交个体,占比24.56%. 本研究结果为南京地区福寿螺的入侵风险评估与科学防治提供了基础数据和背景资料.
Abstract:
The genus Pomacea includes multiple species, with Pomacea canaliculata and P.maculata being morphologically similar and highly invasive. To identify Pomacea species and assess their genetic diversity in Nanjing City, the study analyzed 114 adult snails and 34 egg mass samples collected from rivers and park waters across 9 districts based on mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I(COI)gene sequences and nuclear EF1α genotyping. All samples collected in Nanjing were identified as either P.canaliculata or P.maculata, with P.canaliculata being the predominant species. No occurrence of P.occulata was detected. Nuclear gene EF1α genotyping revealed hybrid individuals between P.canaliculata and P.maculata in Nanjing, which constituted 24.56% of the total sampled individuals. These findings provide essential baseline data for risk assessment and targeted management strategies against Pomacea invasions in Nanjing.
