摘要:
报道了鲱鱼精DNA水溶液的拉曼光谱及其分别被UVA(32 0 - 40 0nm)和UVA&UVB(2 80 - 40 0nm)两个区段紫外辐射后的拉曼光谱 .实验中所用的紫外辐射强度与中国南京地区冬季日光辐射强度相当 .实验表明 ,在仅用UVA区段紫外辐射时 ,短时间内未见DNA分子结构有明显的变化 ;而UVA&UVB区段的紫外辐射则对水溶液中的DNA分子造成一定的损害 ,照射时间愈长损害愈大 ,首先受到损害的是嘧啶碱基和脱氧核糖
