摘要:
商业路线价深度修正系数表的编制一直以来就存在很大的主观性和随意性,这使编制出的修正系数表与实际相差很大,在实际工作中也没有实用性.本文总结实际工作中的一点经验,提出在商业路线价深度修正系数表编制中运用平均深度百分率法,以期共同探讨.
