摘要:
采用盆栽试验研究了不同施氮处理对粳稻"农垦57"和籼稻"IR36"两个水稻品种颖果淀粉积累的影响.结果如下:(1)灌浆期颖果中可溶性糖含量随着籽粒灌浆天数的增加而逐渐降低,籼稻变化明显快于粳稻,增加穗肥施氮量可降低灌浆初期颖果中可溶性糖含量.(2)颖果中淀粉和直链淀粉含量随籽粒灌浆天数的增加而逐渐上升,增加穗肥施氮量能显著降低颖果中直链淀粉含量.(3)颖果中支链淀粉在花后0~10d内增加较快,以后则保持较高比率缓慢地增长,施氮对支链淀粉含量没有显著的影响.
