摘要:
选择48只健康成年雄性小鼠,随机分为对照组(C组)、镉暴露组(Cd组)、镉+低剂量富硒乳酸菌组(Cd-LSe组)、镉+高剂量富硒乳酸菌组(CdHSe组).腹腔注射CdCl2进行镉暴露实验,连续6d.研究富硒乳酸菌对镉暴露小鼠血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响.结果显示,镉染毒暴露第6d,Cd组血浆NO含量明显高于C组,CdLSe和CdHSe组与C组无明显差异,低于Cd组;Cd组NOS活性高于C、CdLSe和CdHSe组;CdLSe和CdHSe组NOS
