摘要:
在苯胺的化学氧化种子聚合体系中,以乳化剂预处理和与丙烯酸共聚改性的聚苯乙烯粒子为种子,制备具有一定分散稳定性的聚苯乙烯/聚苯胺核-壳型复合高分子粒子乳液.讨论了用于预处理的乳化剂种类与用量、苯胺与种子粒子的重量比、与丙烯酸共聚所得种子粒子的表面改性等对复合粒子形态的影响.采用透射电子显微镜、动态激光散射和红外吸收光谱分析等手段表征了复合粒子的形貌与结构、粒径及其分布、分散性等.结果证明,采用吐温-40预处理的聚苯乙烯粒子,且苯胺与其重量之比较小时,或者用少量丙烯酸与苯乙烯进行共聚得到的P(S-AA)粒子为种子时,可以获得形貌规整、壳层结构完整、均匀的核-壳型聚苯胺复合粒子.
Abstract:
In a chemical oxidative seeded polymerization system of aniline using the polystyrene seed parti cles p retreated by emulsifier ormodified by copolymerizing with acrylic acid, colloidally stable core-shell polystyrene /polyaniline composite particles were p repared. For the influences on the structure and mor phology of the composite particles, the factors including kinds and amount of the emulsifier, weight ratio of aniline and polystyrene seed, and the surface modification of the seed particles were discussed. The size and morphology for the resulting polystyrene /polyaniline composite particles were analyzed by means of transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scatteringmethod and infrared absorp tion spectrum. It was p roved that the core-shell polystyrene /polyaniline composite particleswith perfect shell and even sur face can be obtained as p retreating the seed particles using tween - 40 and adop ting a lowerweight ratio of aniline and seed particles, ormodifying surface of the polystyrene particles bymeans of copolymerization of styrene and a little amount of acrylic acid.
