摘要:
虽然运动性猝死并不常发生,但近几年来,高校连续发生了10余起运动中猝死事件,引起了很大的反响.近年来国内外发表了不少关于运动性猝死方面的研究报告,这些研究使人们对运动性猝死的发生率、病史、病因、评价及预防等问题有了进一步的了解.本文运用文献资料法,对运动性猝死的定义和病因等问题进行了探讨和分析,总结了运动性猝死的病因学特征,探讨了运动性猝死的预防措施,并对高校体育运动和管理中如何预防运动性猝死进行了探讨.
Abstract:
A lthough the exerc ise sudden death doesn t happen frequently, there are a few cases o f student s sudden dea th in exercise happened in un iversities recently, wh ich has caused varies response. There are som e researches published domestica lly and inte rnationally, wh ich focus on the ra te o f occurr ing and pathogen, assessm en t and prevention o f exe rc ise sudden death. Th is pape r is based on the litera ture rev iew s, the de finition o f exe rc ise sudden dea th and the exe rc ise sudden dea th pa thogen are thoroughly ana lyzed, and the tra its of the exerc ise sudden death pathogen are summ arized. M eanw hile, the w ay o f prevention o f the exe rc ise sudden death pa thogen is d iscussed in th is paper, espec ially in the fie ld o f the m anagem ent of physica l education in un iversities.
