摘要:
研究了两个重要银杏品种大佛指和七星果在自然生长条件下叶片衰老过程中叶绿体功能特性和类囊体膜多肽组分的变化规律.结果显示:大佛指叶绿素含量、ATPase活力、Fv/Fm和Fv/F0在8月呈上升状态,8月31日达到最大值后开始迅速下降;而伴随着光合磷酸化活力的变化,ATP含量从8月10日开始一直呈下降状态;七星果的光能转换指标从8月10日开始缓慢下降,但是下降的幅度比大佛指慢;大佛指类囊体膜多肽组分在叶片衰老后期降解速度大于七星果.实验显示,七星果的衰老时间早于大佛指,而大佛指衰老速率比七星果快;叶绿体光能转化指标衰退早于ATP酶类活性的衰退.
Abstract:
The change of chloroplasts function character istics and thy lako id m em brane polypeptide component dur ing leaf senescence in na ture condition of tw o im po rtan t spec ies o fG inkgo—— Da fozhi“ and ” Q ix ingguo“we re stud ied. The resu lts show ed that: the leaf ch lo rophy ll content, ATPase activity, Fv /Fm andF v /F0 o f Dafozh i increased in August. A fter they got them ax lm um number at the end o fAugust, they descented quack ly. H owever, the content o fATP descented w ith the activ ity of photophory lation from the beg inn ing o fAugust. The light-energy conversion charac teristice o fQ ix ingguo descented slow ly from the beg inning o fAugust, but it was not so qu ick ly as dafozh.i Thy lako id m em brane po lypeptide component of Da fo zh i degraded m ore quick ly than Q ix ingguo‘ s, bu t there is no d ifference at seeds ou tput between th is tw o G inkgo var ieties. From the resu ltw e know that the leaf senescence o fQ ix ingguo is ear lier than Da fozh,i bu t Dafozhis’ leaf senescence is faster than Q ix ingguo’s; Ch lo roplast light-energy conversion index declined earlier than pho tosynthetic apparatus and som e enzym es
