摘要:
通过控制溶剂蒸发温度和液体表面下降的速度,用垂直沉积法快速地制备出完整的二氧化硅胶体光子晶体.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)确定了样品的面心立方结构,并通过紫外-可见光分光光度计测试透射光谱研究了其光子带隙特性,为利用模板技术制备具有完全带隙的有序孔结构提供理想模板.
Abstract:
H igh-qua lity s ilica co llo idal pho ton ic crystals we re fabricated quickly from aqueous co llo idal so lutions by a ve rtical deposition m ethod at certa in tem pera ture and liqu id surface dropping ve loc ities. The structure of sam plew as show n to be face- centered-cub ic ( fcc) by scann ing e lec tron m ic roscopy ( SEM ) and the optica l properties o f pho ton ic band-gap are obse rved by measur ing the ir transm ission spectra at no rm al inc idence using UV-near- IR spectrom eter. The collo ida l photonic cry sta ls prov ide a relativ ely idea l tem plate for the creation of three-dim ensiona lly ordered po rous structures w ith a fu ll pho ton ic band gap through tem plating techn ique.
