摘要:
铁路运输是江苏煤炭运输的重要方式.江苏铁路运煤主要来自陕西、山西、河南、山东和安徽等省份,汇于徐州枢纽,然后分经陇海、京沪南下.在分析煤炭来源、去向通道的基础上,对各条运输通道运能(下行方向)进行估测,结果表明,目前江苏煤炭铁路运输通道整体运能紧张,各通道忙闲不一,制约了煤炭运输和消费.今后应通过实施"客货分线"、新建铁路、既有线路改造等方式,提高铁路运输能力,缓解煤炭运输压力,保障经济社会持续发展.
Abstract:
Railway transport is an important way of coal transport in J iangsu. The coal shipped by railway in J iangsu mainly comes from Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Shandong and Anhui, assembled at Xuzhou railway hub. Then go south through L ianyungang2Lanzhou Railway and Beijing2Shanghai Railway. The transport capacity of all railway channels of coal transportation is estimated on the basis of source and destination railway channels. It is indicate that the transport capacities of railway channels in J iangsu are intense and some railways are too busy and others are free. Consequently the transportation and consump tion of coal are confined. In the future, to ensure the sustainable development of economy and society, the transport capacities of railway will be imp roved and the p ressure of coal transportation will be released by separating the passenger rails and freight rails, building new lines and reforming the current railways.
