摘要:
应用FISH法对土壤-植物污水处理系统中未经过培养的土壤氨氧化菌进行了研究.同时介绍了样品前处理、FISH法检测过程以及基因探针的选择等实际操作方法与过程.研究结果表明,对于土壤-植物污水处理系统土壤的微生物解析可用FISH技术.该方法的使用为系统基质的研究提供便捷之路.
Abstract:
Th is paper studied the fluorescence in situ hybridization ( FISH ) techno logy fo r ammon ia ox idation bacter ia detection in the so il of so i-l plan t system. The pretreatm ent of samp les, FISH process and oligonuc leotide probes selection w ere introduced. Results show ed tha t FISH techno logy cou ld be used for so il bac teria de tection in so i-l plant systems.
