摘要:
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备竹红菌甲素/二氧化钛纳米粒.结果表明,竹红菌甲素被成功包裹于二氧化钛纳米粒内部.与竹红菌甲素水溶液相比,包裹后的样品紫外吸收峰红移至光疗窗口(600~900 nm),并且在有氧条件下光敏损伤CT-DNA的能力增强.
Abstract:
Hypocrellin A molecules were successfully encapsulated in titanic nanoparticles by sol-gel method. On comparison with free hypocrellin A solution,encapsulated sample extended its absorption into longer wavelength,and showed superior photocleavage capability to calf thymus DNA.
