摘要:
利用共焦显微拉曼光谱技术,以红外激光785 nm作激发光源,对几种不同品牌的印泥、印油分别做了连续4年多的拉曼光谱图,建立了形成时间的数据库.结果表明:印泥、印油含酯类物质成分,在拉曼光谱上都存在有1 235 cm-1特征峰;结果表明:在1 235 cm-1位置处的拉曼特征峰的相对强度随时间的久远而变大.借此,可用检定材料的拉曼光谱数据与确切的不同时期的时间样本数据进行比对来判断出印泥、印油的相对形成时间.共焦显微拉曼光谱技术可以为印泥、印油的形成时间提供一种快速、便捷、准确、无损检测的方法.
Abstract:
Taking advantage of Confocal Micro-Raman spectroscopy technology,several commercial inkpads and stamppad ink trace variations in four successive years are measured by the IR ( 785 nm) laser,and the data base of time was built up. The results show that inkpads and stamp-pad ink have the 1 235 cm- 1 characteristic peak on the Raman spectra because of containing the ester. The position of 1 235 cm- 1 and the relative integrated intensity of the Raman characteristic peak will grow along with time,and in accordance with this result,the trace formation time of the inkpads and stamppad ink can be judged through the contrast of the Raman spectra data of the material with the samples of different age. The confocal micro-Raman technology provides us with a quick,convienent,accurate and non-destructive detection method for the inkpads and stamp-pad ink trace testing.
