摘要:
残疾人竞技体育事业作为竞技体育的一个重要领域,在体育事业与残疾人事业发展中具有重要的战略意义.有效推动残疾人竞技体育事业的健康发展,有利于和谐社会的建设.江苏省残疾人竞技体育事业已经取得了较好的成绩,通过对江苏省残疾人竞技体育的优势项目、人力资源、训练条件保障和组织管理体系等方面进行分析,从中总结出江苏省残疾人竞技体育率先发展的路径中的经验,为今后江苏省残疾人竞技体育的可持续发展提供经验和启示.
Abstract:
As a major part of competitive sports，the paralyzed competitive sports are of great importance to the development of the sports and the paralyzed undertaking． To efficiently advance the development of the paralyzed sports is in favor of building the harmonious society． Good results have been achieved on the paralyzed competitive sports in Jiangsu Province． The article aims to sum up the experiences on the paralyzed competitive sports in Jiangsu Province，through analyzing its superior projects，human resources，guarantees on training condition，organization and management system， in order to provide more experiences and enlightenment and make the sustainable development to the paralyzed competitive sports in Jiangsu Province．
