摘要:
合成了5-(4-溴苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮(化合物4),研究了其热稳定性.比较了Cu 2+、Ni 2+ 、Cd 2+、Zn 2+ 、Ca 2+ 、Pb 2+ 、Co 2+ 、Al 3+等8种金属离子对该化合物的荧光性能的影响,结果表明,在所选金属离子中只有Cu 2 +对其荧光猝灭较为显著,而对其他金属离子几乎无选择性.因此,该化合物衍生物有望能作为识别铜离子的有机荧光探针.差热分析显示,该化合物较稳定,分解温度在240℃以上.
Abstract:
5-( 4-bromophenyl) -1,3,4-oxadiazole-2 ( 3H) -thione ( compound 4) was synthesized and researched of its thermal stability. The influence of the Cu 2 + ,Zn 2 + ,Co 2 + metal on their fluorescence properties were measured,and the results showed that its fluorescence could be decreased evidently by the Copper ion,while the other metal ions showed almost no effect on it. So the compound is promising to be used as the fluorescent probes for Cu 2 + . Thermal analysis showed that the compound is comparatively stable,with a decomposition temperatures above 240℃.
