摘要:
研究了邻近富星系团A2199中心区域一个Abell半径范围内的343颗成员星系在g、r、i 3个波段的光度函数,发现与以前研究的星系团的光度函数并不完全一致,而与场星系的光度函数不存在明显差异.通过对星系进行分类,证实星系光度函数与其颜色分布和局域数密度均密切相关.
Abstract:
The composite luminosity functions(LFs)of 343 member galaxies of one Abell radius in the central region of the nearby rich galaxy cluster A2199 in the g、r and i bands are studied,and they are found not to be completely consistent with previous studies of the cluster LFs,and not significantly different from the LFs of field galaxies.Based on the classifications for the member galaxies,the tight correlations of LF with the color distribution and the local number density of galaxies are confirmed.
