摘要:
以巢湖、滆湖、洪泽湖和太湖的黄颡鱼为亲本,构建了63个家系.6月龄时,每组随机挑选50尾黄颡鱼进行体重、全长的测量.测量结果显示:全长最大值是最小值的2.5倍,体重最大值是最小值的15.5倍.全长、体重在家系内和家系间都存在着显著差异.通过对亲本来源与子代生长性能的相关性分析得出:巢湖群体适合用作母本而滆湖群体适合用作父本.对全长与体重进行相互关系拟合,得到曲线为W=0.012L2.878g/cm2.87(R2=0.970),说明子代中含有一批生长性能较高的子代处于快速生长期.
Abstract:
4 Yellow Catfish populations collected from Chaohu,Gehu,Hongzehu and Taihu were used to be hybrid parents and 63 hybrid combinations were constructed.When the fish grew to 6 month old,50 individuals were randomly selected from each group to measure in body weight and body length.The results showed that the maximum length was 2.5 times as that of the minimum.As well as 15.5 times in body weight.There was a significant difference in the body weight and body length between intra-family and inter-family groups.The correlation analysis on the source of parents and offspring growth performance indicated that Chaohu Yellow Catfish population were suitable to be female parent and Gehu populations were suitable to be male parent.The relationship between the weight and length was found to follow a power function,W=0.012L2.878g/cm2.87(R2=0.970),which indicated that F1 generation that contained a number of growth performance high progeny were in rapid growth.
