摘要:
本研究对海蓬子总黄酮的提取工艺条件进行了优化,通过单因素试验考察乙醇浓度、微波功率、提取时间、料液比和pH对总黄酮得率的影响.在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法优化微波辅助提取海蓬子总黄酮的最佳工艺条件.结果表明,微波辅助提取海蓬子总黄酮的最佳工艺条件是:乙醇浓度85%(V/V)、微波功率105 W、微波温度70 ℃、微波时间14 min、料液比1:55、pH 10.5,此时海蓬子总黄酮得率达到6.81%,与模型预测值6.89%基本相同.
Abstract:
The extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Salicornia bigelovii Torr.were optimized.Effects of ethanol concentration,microwave power,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and pH value on the extraction of total flavonoids’were studied by single-factor experiments.Based on the single-factor test,the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Salicornia bigelovii Torr.were obtained through the response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from the Salicornia bigelovii Torr.were adding 80 times amount 85% ethanol and extracting for 14 minutes at 70 ℃ and pH 10.5,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 6.89% under the optimal extraction conditions.This result was basically consistent with the predictive value(i.e.6.81%)of the fitted equation.
