摘要:
以邻苯二甲酸为基质对多巴胺(153.08 Da)进行基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI TOF-TOF MS)分析.结果表明,邻苯二甲酸作为基质可以有效解吸电离多巴胺,基质干扰峰明显减少,产生出了分辨率高、离子信号强、信噪比(S/N)高的质谱图,不仅准确测定了多巴胺的相对分子质量,完成了对其定性研究,还找到了一种适合小分子分析而且来源广泛的基质材料.
Abstract:
Phthalic acid was studied as matrices for determination of dopamine(153.08 Da)samples by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI TOF-TOF MS)method.This matrix material displayed at least two advantages.First,it was possible to avoid low mass chemical noise arising from the matrix in positive-ion mode.Second,phthalic acid could be used conventionally due to the low cost.The MALDI-TOF-MS analysis of dopamine demonstrated that the matrix material based on phthalic acid yielded spectra with minimal chemical noise and good analysis signal intensity.The present method can be readily applied to obtain the low background noise MALDI-TOF mass spectra of small molecules compounds.
