摘要:
本文旨在建立合成的新药咪达那新的化学结构的确证方法.合成咪达那新; 并通过元素分析(EA)、热分析(TA)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、核磁共振(NMR)以及X射线粉末衍射(XRD)等分析手段测定结构.得到了咪达那新成品,证实咪达那新的结构为4-(2-甲基-1H-咪唑-1-基)-2,2-二苯基丁酰胺.结果显示,合成路线合理,结构测定结果准确.
Abstract:
To establish a method for the determination of the chemical structure of Imidafenacin,the experiment was designed to synthesize Imidafenacin.Elemental analysis(EA),Thermal analysis(TA),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Ultraviolet spectrum(UV),Nuclearmagnetic resonance(NMR),and the X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)were adopted to analyze the chemical structure of Imidafenacin.The result showed that the structure of Imidafenacin is 4-(2-methyl-1H-imidazole-1-base)-2,2-diphenylbutylamide.The design of synthetic route is reasonable.The result of the method is accurate.
