摘要:
借鉴国外区域经济发展阶段的相关理论方法,通过人均GDP、产业结构、就业结构、工业结构和城市化水平等方面的综合比较,认为苏北整体发展已进入工业化中期阶段,正处于工业化的加速提升期和城市化的快速推进期; 与此同时,苏北经济发展无论在规模、水平与结构,还是在质量与效益等方面,都面临着一系列亟待解决的问题; 在此基础上,提出了壮大县域经济、优化产业结构、加快城乡一体化、完善基础设施和强化区域分工合作等促进苏北经济跨越发展的系列举措.
Abstract:
Drawing on the related theoretical theories and methods of the foreign regional economic development stage,through the comprehensive comparisons of per capita GDP,industrial and employment structure,and urbanization level,the author holds that the whole development in Northern Jiangsu has entered the middle stage of industrialization,as well as the ramp-up period of industrialization and the rapid advance period of urbanization.At the same time,the economic development in Northern Jiangsu is also facing a series of urgent issues not only in its scale,level and structure,but also in its quality and benefit.Based on the above situations,the author puts forward a series of countermeasures to promote the leap-forward development of economy in Northern Jiangsu,such as boosting the county economy,optimizing the industrial structure,accelerating the integration of urban and rural areas,improving the infrastructure and strengthening the regional division of labor.
