摘要:
研究了光纤激光器自混合干涉效应测量微位移的方法.为提高自混合干涉的微位移传感测量精度,将正弦相位调制方法引入光纤激光器自混合干涉测量.光纤激光器外腔中使用相位调制器调制自混合干涉信号.采用四象限积分技术解调外腔相位得到位移测量结果,与高精度微位移平台位移参数对比,验证传感测量方法的可行性.位移测量精度远优于半个波长.此方法对全光纤高精度位移传感应用有重要意义.
Abstract:
Micro-displacement measurement based on self-mixing interference using a fiber laser system is demonstrated.Sinusoidal phase modulation technique is introduced into the fiber laser self-mixing interference measurement system to improve the measurement resolution.The phase can be demodulated by four-integrating-bucket method.Error sources are evaluated in detail,and the system is experimentally applied to reconstruct the motion of a high-precision commercial translation stage.The displacement measurement accuracy is well beyond one half wavelength.It provides a practically solution for displacement measurement based on all fiber sensing applications with high precision.
