摘要:
为研究镜面反射环境下克氏原螯虾主导者与从属者的行为差异以及镜面对胜负效应的调节.本实验根据预实验将已经区分出社会等级序列的每一对螯虾分开静养1 d后,再投入镜面形成反射环境,观察主导虾与从属虾各自在此环境下30 min的行为反应.实验结果显示,主导虾与从属虾均选择回避反射环境(P<0.05),表明螯虾对镜像有识别能力并能做出显著的行为反应,且均偏好没有镜像的非反射环境;但从属虾镜角动作显著大于主导虾(P<0.05),表明从属虾在自己领域独自面对“外来者”时可能比主导虾更加敏感.在此研究结果基础上,还比较了主导虾与从属虾各自在镜面环境中生活7 d后的优势度指数(DI)差值变化,探讨了镜面环境对它们胜负效应的调节作用,结果初步表明,镜子有降低主导个体的胜利者效应和从属个体的失败者效应的作用,从而缩小了两者社会地位的差距.
Abstract:
For the study of crayfish dominant and subordinate’s behavior differences in the mirror reflection environment and the influence of mirror for the winner-effect and loser-effect. This study separate every pair of crayfish(dominate and subordinate according to the pre-experiment)and rest for 1 d,then insert mirror in their own tank,observe their behavioral responses for 30 min. The results show that the dominant and subordinate all choose to avoid reflection environment(P<0.05),suggesting that the crayfish have the ability to recognize the mirror-image and make significant behavioral responses,and both prefer non-reflective environment;but subordinate behave more action than the dominant in the reflective corner(P<0.05),indicating that subordinate maybe more sensitive than dominate when facing a “intruder” alone in their own field. Based on the results,this study also compares the change of the dominance index(DI)of the dominant and subordinate crayfish which have respectively lived on the mirror environment for 7 d,discuss whether the mirror environment regulate winner and loser effect. The result shows that the mirror has an effect to lower the winner effect of the dominant and the failure effect of the subordinate,meaning that narrow the gap of social status.
