摘要:
研究石蒜碱对内毒素导致的炎症小鼠体内体外COX-2的影响. 通过内毒素诱导的小鼠建立急性肺损伤(ALI)模型,采用内毒素诱导的RAW264.7巨噬细胞建立细胞炎症反应模型,利用Western blot技术检测小鼠肺组织以及RAW264.7巨噬细胞中COX-2蛋白的表达量. 结果显示,石蒜碱能够在体内、体外显著抑制内毒素诱导的COX-2的蛋白表达,并加快COX-2蛋白的降解速度. 石蒜碱能够有效降低内毒素导致的炎症小鼠体内、体外COX-2的蛋白水平.
Abstract:
The object of this study was to explore the effect of lycorine on LPS-induced COX-2 in vivo and vitro. The mice induced by LPS was used as an acute lung injury(ALI)model. The RAW264.7 cells induced by LPS was used as a cell model. The effect of lycorine was evaluated by Western blot for protein expression of COX-2 in lung tissue as well as in RAW264.7 cells. The results showed that lycorine could inhibit the expression of COX-2 protein in vivo and vitro obviously and promote the protein degradation of COX-2 protein in RAW264.7 cells. In conclusion,lycorine could effectively reduce the protein level of COX-2 induced by LPS in vivo and vitro.
