摘要:
本文设计合成了噁二唑类化合物5-(2-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫醇(4a)和5-苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫醇(4b),分别通过1H NMR和MS对其结构进行了表征,并进一步将其用于聚砜共混改性,得到了不同比例的改性产物,研究了其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌及枯草杆菌的抑菌性能. 结果表明分别经化合物4a和4b改性后的聚砜材料呈现出不同的抑菌效果. 其中,化合物4a改性的聚砜材料对大肠杆菌具有较好的抑菌作用.
Abstract:
In this paper,two oxadiazole derivatives 5-(2-methoxy-benzyl)-[1,3,4]oxadiazole-2-thiol(4a)and 5-phenyl-[1,3,4]oxadiazole-2-thiol(4b)were designed and synthesized,which were further confirmed by1H NMR and MS. The obtained compounds were used for the modification of polysulfone blend for giving the modified products. The antimicrobial properties on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis were further studied and the result showed that compound 4a and 4b exhibited different antibacterial effects. The polysulfone materials modified by compound 4a have good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli.
