摘要:
探讨了应用基准地价结合地价楼层分配系数和基准地价结合面积分摊系数两种测算综合用地价格的方法,同时给出了案例分析,并用剩余法对测算结果进行了验证.还探讨了实际评估过程中易出现的问题.
