摘要:
土地资源的可持续利用是实现可持续发展战略重要组成和基础 ,在我国人地矛盾日益严峻条件下 ,农村土地粗放经营影响土地资源的可持续利用 .农村土地整理活动是实现土地资源可持续发展战略目标的重要手段和途径 .本文结合经济相对发达的丹阳农村地区的土地整理 ,从农村土地整理可持续发展的内涵和目标出发 ,阐述了土地整理的动因 ,对农村土地整理的实际运作模式进行探讨 ,提出了实施组织化管理、投资多元化、产业化经营的整理运作模式 .并对土地整理可持续发展提出一些实际对策 .
