摘要:
运用蛋白质双向电泳分析技术,通过对成虫蛋白质的提取,分离出水溶性的蛋白质组分,对比研究了溴氰菊酯抗性品系、杀螟丹抗性品系、杀虫双抗性品系和敏感品系小菜蛾成虫的蛋白质在表达上的差异.通过对电泳图谱分析,在溴氰菊酯的抗性和敏感品系中获得了8个特异的蛋白质斑点,pH5·0~8·1,相对分子质量为46000~23000;在抗杀螟丹品系中得到了8个特异斑点,pH4·6~8·1,相对分子质量为92000~18000;在杀虫双的抗性品系和敏感品系中产生了6个特异斑点,pH5·5~7·1,相对分子质量为31000~28000.虽然抗性品系是敏感品系通过多年的室内逐代的药剂选择获得的,但是在杀虫剂选择压力作用下所引起的表达蛋白质的差异是否与溴氰菊酯、杀螟丹和杀虫双的抗性有关还需进一步证实.
