摘要:
<正>菌,从竹红菌中提取出的竹红菌甲素(Hypocrellin A)是我国首次发现并应用于临床的新型光敏剂药物.竹红菌甲素系3,10-二羟基-4,9-苝醌类化合物(图1),广泛用于治疗各种皮肤病.由于它在光敏条件下能产生各种活性氧尤其是单线态氧,对癌细胞具有明显的抑制作用而具有良好的抗癌活性,引起国内外研究者的重视.
