摘要:
电化学分析法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、响应时间短和方法简便等优点.本文结合近几年的文献,综述了电化学指纹图谱、极谱法、伏安法及高效液相色谱、毛细管电泳与电化学技术联用在中药鉴定方面、中药质量控制方面的应用,并探讨了该技术的前景和不足,为中药的检测及鉴定技术的发展提供了参考.
Abstract:
Electrochemical analysis which has a high sensitivity and short response time is selective and simple. Based on recent literatures,this article summarized the application of electrochemical fingerprint,polarographic,voltammetry, high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection ( HPLC - ECD) and capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection ( CE - ED) in controlling quality and identification of Traditional Chinese medicine. The article discussed the prospect and the insufficiency of this technology,which should be of great assistant for the development on the detection and identification technology of traditional Chinese medicine.
