摘要:
本文通过对土地生态性及其“三生”用地价值导向的界定,将“人性”要素的全域土地生态系统与现行土地利用分类体系衔接,构建了“三生”用地正负向功能分类体系. 以江苏省扬中市为例进行实证分析,划分出研究区生产、生活、生态用地,并得出反映其组合特征的熵指数为0.987 0,赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数为0.343 2. 研究区生产用地呈规则的块状模式,生活用地呈多中心以棋盘式密布于研究区,生态用地沿江环状分布,“三生”用地间耦合关系紧密. 扬中市“三生”功能整体较好,生产功能与生活功能交融关系紧密,生态功能有效地支撑了生产功能,但生活功能与“三生”功能的空间吻合度偏低,仍需提升生活用地内部建设用地效率,促进生产-生活-生态功能协同发展. “三生”用地正负向功能分类体系具有较强的实际操作性和现实性,可为优化国土空间提供参考.
Abstract:
Through the definition of land ecology and the value orientation of “production-living-ecological”land,this paper connected the global land ecosystem of “humanity”needs with the current land use classification system to construct a functional classification system of“production-living-ecological”land with positive and negative characteristics. Taking Yangzhong City in Jiangsu Province as an example,an empirical analysis was carried out to divide the production,living and ecological land in the study area,the entropy index was 0.987 0,and the Herfindahl-Hirschman index was 0.343 2. The production land in the study area was in a regular block mode,the living land was multi-centered in a chessboard pattern,and the ecological land was distributed along the river. The coupling relationship was tight among them. The“production-living-ecological”function in Yangzhong City was generally good. Production function was closely related to living function,ecological function effectively supported production function. The spatial compatibility between living function and“production-living-ecological”function was low. It was necessary to improve the efficiency of the internal construction land,for promoting the coordinated development of“production-living-ecological”function. The positive and negative function classification system of “production-living-ecological”land has strong practicality and reality,which can provide reference for optimizing the land space.
