Abstract:
From fin ite field and d ifference m atrix, two recursive construc tions for ex ternal difference fam ilies are g iven and it is proved that there ex ists a ( q, 3 2, 1)-ex ternal difference fam ily for any prim e pow er q 1( m od 24).
